Summary0000987: SQlite error with reserved layer names: Improve error message
DescriptionIt seems that unexpected errors can happen when creating SQLite layers and choosing e.g. an internal layer name that is reserved. The current UI behaviour is to show a generic error message that leaves the user clueless as to the source of the problem.

Fix this by including the SQLite error message string in the error dialogue.
Steps To Reproduce1. Create new SQLite layer.
2. As "Layer name", use "sqlite_poly".
3. Click "Finish".
--> Error below is thrown.
Additional InformationError message thrown:

ERROR 1: Unable to create table sqlite_poly: object name reserved for internal use: sqlite_poly
