Steps To Reproducesee description
Additional InformationWorkaround is to delete the unwanted extra polygon(s) after "exploding" the multipart features to simple ones with sextante. Not elegant.

The answer of Francisco Puga [1]:
"The bug is not fixed, I think that before trying to fix it a big refactor on CutPolygon and RedigitalizePolygon is needed, but i can not spend time in the near future on it.
The pushed branch is the beginning of the refactor. Feel free to fork
and pull request it.
